Hello! I'm Juliana, nice to meet you :)
I'm a product researcher based in Spain. For the past years, I’ve been the Head of UX Research for Cervest. I’ve build the research practice from scratch and scaled the team. I’ve managed a diverse team of Researchers and designers, creating career progression paths and mentoring people.
Currently, I’m looking for a new opportunity. In the past, I've worked with great companies, such as Solera, WRI, Conservation International, Insight to Impact, StubHub, Santander, BBVA, Telefonica, Vodafone, Tuenti, and more. I've conducted research explorations globally. I’ve done both field and remote research in countries such as Germany, UK, France, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Kenya, South Africa, Brasil, Mexico, United States, etc.
I'm passionate about learning and following what's new in the industry, for that I’m always reading books, blogs and more. I sometimes share them in my newsletter. I've organized the last Research Ops workshop in Madrid along with my colleague Maria Jose. I also love to teach, Maria Jose and I give Research classes together at La Nave Nodriza.
Many moons ago, I graduated as a psychologist back in my hometown in Brazil. I've moved to Spain for almost a decade now, and ever since I've been working as a designer.
In my spare time, you can find me cooking or eating, having coffee and reading around Madrid, taking photos, or playing with my two cute overload cats. The thing I love the most? Traveling with my partner :)
